We are unleashing our NEW Adventurethon DEMOLISH format for the first time in the Clarence Valley region in NSW.
For some time we have wanted to put on an event with every leg being a stunner in its’ own right, with no need to compromise on quality. We often found that there were people who would love to do 1 discipline but not all of them and that finding teammates was kind of a hard process if they weren’t already part of the multisport circles. Hence the eruption of the Adventurethon Demolish Format onto the scene. Demolish is essentially an Adventurethon event which has been pulled apart to create 3 stand alone individual races, with times that can be tallied together in a stage race format at the end to find an overall champion. However, it can also can be raced as a tag team or in pairs or simply just do your favourite leg. More info at http://adventurethon.com.au/events/clarence-valley/
Want to see what Danny MacAskill does on his day off? "Wee Day Out" explores the rural landscape around Edinburgh in a film that sets out to capture the simple fun of a ride in the country with moments of incredible riding and a touch of humor. Danny pulls off never-seen-before tricks, most of which would normally be assumed impossible on a mountain bike, like leaping onto a single train track, turning a hay bale into a giant unicycle, riding over a cottage, and disappearing into a 6ft puddle. Oh, and keep an eye out for a cameo from Danny's dad, Peter!
Join Danny MacAskill on an insane journey across the rooftops of Gran Canaria. Mixing vertigo-inducing lines and killer POV-footage, “Cascadia” delivers some incredible riding.
What happens when four like-minded adventurers head into one of the world’s wildest mountain ranges with nothing but their mountain bikes and enough food to survive for 10 days?
The answer? What doesn’t happen? Terrifying lightning storms. Raging-river crossings. Snow-covered glacial pass traverses. Mind-melting descents. Constant fights with vicious dogs. Tense encounters with over-zealous border-patrol guards.
All of the above were just another day following “The Trail to Kazbegi,” a self-supported mountain-bike mission through the highest reaches of the Caucasus Mountains in the former Soviet Republic of Georgia. Our four-man team—adventure filmmaker Joey Schusler, Bike magazine editor Brice Minnigh, photographer Ross Measures and mountain man Sam Seward—spent half of June 2015 exploring the crown jewels of the Georgian High Caucasus on a feature assignment for Bike.

The type of magnesium you choose is important, as some forms can cause gastric discomfort or diarrhoea (the last thing you want during your training or race!). MetaMag® is a patented form of magnesium, found in the Endura sports range, which assists cellular energy production, as well as boosting muscle recovery and supporting healthy muscle function. The magnesium contained in MetaMag™ is bound to an amino acid and is absorbed quickly and effectively, without causing any digestive discomfort.

Who said people need a different bike for on and off road?! As a lover of all things dirt I love this video for more than just the technical skills. There's a sense of delicious satisfaction in using a road bike like that especially when that particular bike is a $16k carbon road bike used by Team Sky's Bradley Wiggins & Mark Cavendish to win the Tour de France.

We spent four weeks in the summer of 2012 building two lines in Lofoten, Norway; a dirt line and a big bike line. Our goal was to capture world-class riding in the untouched and unique nature around Lofoten. The fast shifting weather and continuous problems with getting the lines working left us with only a couple of days to complete the film.
This is a highlight clip featuring all the best action from the project.
Epic Mountain Bike tour hunting single track in Canada... in the words of the makers... "Each town in British Columbia seems to offer better singletrack than the last one visited. To prove what’s out there Dave Roth and Seb Kemp cycled, on mountain bikes, from Whistler around the Strait of Georgia, stopping in Squamish, the Sunshine Coast, Powell River, Cumberland, Hornby Island, Parksville, Duncan and Saturna Island.
This trip is about the pleasure of the road and the thrill of the trails. We want to show everyone that, yes, nothing is easy, but the rewards of seeking soothe all hardship.
We want to remind the world that adventure is on your own doorstep, if only you get off the couch to seek it. It is about celebrating the world we ride within. It is also about the communities and individuals that dare imagine, build, and nourish so that mountain biking can flourish."
